Design Within Reach is seeking a Learning Strategist to develop and implement learning strategies to support revenue growth within the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in instructional design and consultative skills, with 4-7 years of experience in sales, learning, or development roles

Job Summary

  • Partnering closely with the Director, Client Practice Group, this role is responsible for developing and implementing the enablement strategy that equips the assigned functional group to succeed as they support revenue growth.
  • The Strategist ensures learning is tailored and impactful—grounded in adult learning best practices and personalized by role and level.
