Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Salesforce application support
Experience with Service Now ITSM tool
Monitoring tools expertise (Splunk/Dynatrace)
PowerShell and Python scripting
Incident and problem management
Collaboration with engineering teams
Nice-to-have
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask under pressure
Experience with cloud and on-premise systems
Knowledge of security management principles
Participation in on-call rotation
Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years technology experience
Working experience with Salesforce
Experience with scripting tools such as PowerShell and Python
Experience with ITSM tools, preferably Service Now
Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools
