Must-have
Minimum of three years related experience
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-have
Familiar with ISO quality system
Knowledge of 6Sigma, SPC, FMEA, lean manufacturing
Experience with plant operation systems
