Key Requirements
Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Healthcare-related field
10 years of experience in physician practice, healthcare administrative or strategic planning
5 years of management in/oversight of physician practices, healthcare administration, or strategic planning
Experience developing and executing multiyear business plans
Knowledge of healthcare planning and management principles
Experience with medical environment, physician group practice, managed care, physician compensation, healthcare contracting, acute care delivery, ancillary services and regulations, financial and operational systems
