Key Requirements

  • Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Healthcare-related field
  • 10 years of experience in physician practice, healthcare administrative or strategic planning
  • 5 years of management in/oversight of physician practices, healthcare administration, or strategic planning
  • Experience developing and executing multiyear business plans
  • Knowledge of healthcare planning and management principles
  • Experience with medical environment, physician group practice, managed care, physician compensation, healthcare contracting, acute care delivery, ancillary services and regulations, financial and operational systems
  • Exceptional communication skills
