Base: $130,000.00 - $145,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual discretionary incentive and equity awards; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, etc.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering or related
8-10 years management experience in operations/manufacturing
4 years senior level leadership experience
Demonstrated coaching and change management skills
Ability to express ideas effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Adapt at resolving conflict
Ability to establish strategic direction
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
Presentation skills
Proven understanding of business principles and financial management
Proficiency in office automation/communication software
