Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering or related
  • 8-10 years management experience in operations/manufacturing
  • 4 years senior level leadership experience
  • Demonstrated coaching and change management skills
  • Ability to express ideas effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adapt at resolving conflict
  • Ability to establish strategic direction
