Job Summary
The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in land surveying and geospatial science and coordinate and manage SCSU’s Geospatial Applications Laboratory.
The candidate is expected to demonstrate effectiveness in online and in-person teaching, engage in scholarly or creative activity, contribute to student growth and professional preparation, and provide service to the department, university, and profession.

Key Requirements
Master's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Geospatial Science, or related field
Ability to teach introductory, intermediate and advanced geospatial science courses
Evidence of ability to teach and work with diverse backgrounds
Ph.D. in Surveying, Geomatics, Geospatial Science, or related field (Preferred)
Professional experience in land surveying or geospatial practice (Preferred)
College-level teaching experience (Preferred)
Licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor or eligibility (Preferred)
