• Be the welcoming face of Melbourne Connect’s Superfloor, coordinating front-of-house services, supporting events and technology, and connecting diverse tenants, partners, and visitors.
• Manage Superfloor meeting and event spaces, including room setup, pack down, presentation standards, and coordination with catering providers.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality, corporate reception, events, or similar
• Experience representing commercial clients
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident use of Microsoft Office and digital systems
• Accuracy and attention to detail in financial administration
• Willingness to undertake Fire Warden and First Aid training
• Current valid work rights for Australia
• Working with Children Check required
