Job Summary

  • Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of systems and performance of the National Network Operation Center surveillance operation.
  • Monitors databases, networks, operating system devices and software applications to detect service degradation and/or failure errors.
  • The work schedule for this role is 2am to 10:30am CT, Saturday through Wednesday with Thursday and Friday off.
