As a Machine Learning Engineer in Agent Factory, you’ll design and build the core ML systems behind Workday’s next generation of AI agents.

Salary
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $188,000 CAD - $282,000 CAD; Primary CAN Base Pay Range: $128,000 - $192,000 CAD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan, role-specific commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements
4+ years experience in applied ML products at scale
2+ years experience in ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
3+ years experience building ML model hosting services
2+ years experience with LLMs or GNNs
3+ years experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, math or equivalent
