Base: $189,000 - $283,600 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health and wellness support
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years technical program management experience
US citizenship required for federal contracts
Strong understanding of SDLC and cloud environments
Experience leading SaaS development and migrations
Ability to manage dependencies and risks across teams
Nice-to-have
Proactive ownership-driven mindset
Experience with FedRAMP or NIST compliance
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications
Ability to work independently on complex projects
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years in technical program management
5+ years experience leading SaaS development
Must be a United States citizen (naturalized or native)
