Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Chemical Engineering
5-10 years in manufacturing
leadership and general industrial management experience
strong maintenance reliability experience
thorough knowledge of technical codes, standards and regulations
maintenance model development experience preferred
Proficiency in reliability software and tools preferred
Advanced degree, Professional certification, or MBA preferred
