Key Requirements

  • BA or BS in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field
  • 5 years experience in management of multiple design and construction projects
  • Experience within a large capital improvement program
  • Familiarity with California Public Contract Code
  • 2 years in educational facility construction
  • Valid Certificate of Registration as Architect or Professional Engineer in California
  • Construction Manager (CCM) credential preferred
