Must-have
5+ years program management experience
2+ years Social Value or CSR management
UK Public Sector supplier track record
Knowledge of PPN 06/20 and Modern Slavery Act
Experience with National TOMs or Social Value Portal
Budget management of £50k+
Nice-to-have
Strong network within UK public sector
Excellent written and presentational communication skills
Experience in business development and tender responses
Ability to align employee volunteering with contractual obligations
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
PRINCE2, APM, or PMP certification preferred
Minimum 2 years UK Public Sector experience
Verifiable experience with UK procurement policies
