Job Summary
This position is responsible to supervise WFJ QC & Fine or High Jewelry repair claims related process.
The role requires coordinating the end-to-end flow of Quality checking on both Core and High End Watches & Jewelry while ensuring pieces remain in good selling condition.
Candidates must be able to bridge brand manufacturing points of view with local market expectations and train retail teams on proper manipulation techniques.
