The successful candidate would be predominantly responsible for the day to day operation of pre-planned and reactive maintenance of the mechanical systems onsite along with activities including not limited to the statutory position of the property.
The successful candidate will work closely with and contribute ideas to the Site Supervisor, Contract Delivery Manager as well as forging a close relationship with the General Manager for the property and the soft services teams.
