Job Summary

  • Responsible for proactively identifying and developing new customer opportunities/relationships, working with the customer to identify their service requirements, aligned with KONE maintenance and digital solutions.
  • New sales opportunities should be maximised from previously lost units, along with prospecting in the field and searching tender portals for open tender contracts.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in writing responses to tenders
  • Understanding Quality/Environmental questions
  • Previous experience and results in Sales and customer relationship management
  • Mastering customer contacts, presentations, and negotiations, closing deals, tendering process, aftersales activities
  • Proven experience in writing and managing large tenders
  • Good IT skills, CRM Salesforce
  • Good knowledge of contractual and financial terms
