Skills & Requirements
Must-have
SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP 6.0
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Backup and disaster recovery planning
ITSM tools like ServiceNow
Troubleshoot complex technical issues
GxP/FDA regulated environment experience
Nice-to-have
Advanced technical certifications
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Strong documentation and technical writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree plus 4+ years of experience
Advanced Degree preferred
Proficiency in cloud platforms
Experience with backup systems, disaster recovery
Experience with ITSM tools
Available for rotating on-call and emergency support
