The primary function of this role is to develop and implement sales activities for the HTE business in Great China to realize mid and long-term growth objectives.
Candidates must be responsible for sales targets regarding contribution margin and revenue while supervising sales forecasts for their assigned accounts.
The role requires acting as the first point of contact for key accounts, conducting field visits, and coordinating with the technical team to resolve customer inquiries.

Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Material Science
5 years commercial experience in Specialty Chemical Business

Strong negotiation and communication skills
Fluency in Mandarin and English

Experience working in a Matrix organization
Familiarity with PU system knowledge
Proven track record of CM-oriented business development
Quick learner for new technical applications
