The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care, mobility, eating habits, and maintaining a calm environment while strictly adhering to confidentiality policies.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work effectively with inter-departmental teams
