Job Summary

• You will manage the daily operations associated with the delegated dental and vision vendor contracts, including the triage and management of member and provider issues.
• You will have management responsibilities of delegated vendor(s) and be a subject matter expert in the end-to-end program, serving as a knowledgeable and responsive point of triage and assistance for internal teams and external vendor partners.
