Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Technical support experience preferred
Experience with multi-line telephone console preferred
Basic understanding of Internet browser technologies
Knowledge of web-based software solutions
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Apple operating platforms
