As the public face of CommBank, the Retail Banking Services team delivers a seamless banking experience to more than 10 million personal and small business customers.
The Customer Banking Specialist will have in-depth conversations with customers to support their overall banking needs and assist with both face-to-face and digital banking options.
This is a secondment/contract opportunity until February 2027 with flexible full-time or part-time roster options.
