Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
State Board of Nursing good standing
Supervisory experience with nursing staff
MDS assessment and care plan development
Knowledge of federal and state regulations
Microsoft Suite proficiency
Nice-to-have
Experience with PCC software systems
3 years of supervisory experience
In-service training program development
Budget preparation and planning skills
Tactful communication with families
Key Requirements
Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
Valid license with State Board of Nursing
Minimum 1-3 years supervisory experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Good standing with continuing education requirements
