Job Summary

  • The Leadership Partner serves as a senior HR advisor to operations and functional leaders, driving leadership effectiveness, organizational health, and enterprise risk mitigation at the Phoenix facility.
  • This role involves coaching leaders on complex people decisions, leading high-risk employee relations investigations, supporting organizational design, and partnering closely with Legal, Compliance, and senior HR leadership.

  • Master’s degree or advanced HR certification preferred
