The Leadership Partner serves as a senior HR advisor to operations and functional leaders, driving leadership effectiveness, organizational health, and enterprise risk mitigation at the Phoenix facility.
This role involves coaching leaders on complex people decisions, leading high-risk employee relations investigations, supporting organizational design, and partnering closely with Legal, Compliance, and senior HR leadership.
