The NPI Manager is responsible for transforming validated performance concepts into scalable, deployable, and supportable MineStar performance solutions that deliver measurable value at customer sites.
This role owns performance solutions end‑to‑end, from concept handover through production readiness, deployment approval, and long‑term sustainment.
The NPI Manager ensures solutions are designed for scale, stability, and operational longevity, working in close partnership with Deployment and Knowledge teams from concept handover through release and beyond.
