Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field

Proven ability to develop people capability and strengthen project management practices
Skilled in project controls including planning, scheduling, cost, risk, change, and contract or claim processes
Advanced verbal and written communication in French
