Job Summary

  • Collaborate with project teams and actuaries to uncover pain points and opportunities for accelerating new business value through software, infrastructure, and services.
  • Deliver an exceptional user experience to Actuaries through services enabling self-service environment provisioning, configuration, continuous integration, testing, delivery, deployment, logging, monitoring, and insight.
  • Maintain and support delivery services with accountability for production reliability, usage, and new functionality delivery, while working with support teams and vendors to implement fixes and changes.
