Valley View Post Acute is seeking a part-time or PRN Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients while supervising support staff. The ideal candidate should be a licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in patient evaluation and treatment planning, as well as strong communication and supervisory skills

Job Summary

  • Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral.
  • Develop effective treatment plan and obtain approval for services from referring physician.
  • Instruct patient’s families or nursing staff in maintenance program and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.
