Job Summary

• This position is responsible for the functional leadership, technical excellence, and capability development of the Mechanical Engineering team supporting both new product development (NPD) and sustaining engineering initiatives.
• Lead the Mechanical Engineering function supporting BD’s Pharmacy Automation business across multiple NPD and sustaining programs, establishing and maintaining mechanical engineering standards, best practices, and design processes for complex electromechanical systems.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mechanical engineers across multiple experience levels, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
