Job Summary

  • Directly oversees programs supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and, as applicable, with individuals with I/DD and cooccurring behavioral/mental health issues, who may be in crisis.
  • The Program Supervisor works in a multi-disciplinary team environment with the clinical team and direct support staff/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to develop and implement individualized, person-centered plans for the people we support.
  • Ensures program quality and compliance with Federal, State, local and other regulatory requirements, oversees clinical programming, serves as an advocate for the people we support and liaises with families and circles of support.
