Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor for their Chesapeake, United States office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cost management in the construction industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead client interactions effectively
Job Summary

As a Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor, you will act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value-added cost management service.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
RICS accredited or working towards it preferred
Experience leading cost management on large projects
Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred
