Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA regulations
  • Proficiency in SAP for inventory and shipments
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on rotation

Nice-to-have

  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Experience with die changes and troubleshooting
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MII and WE systems

Key Requirements
