Job Summary
In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the Production organization’s assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with business strategies related to quality, efficiency, costs, and safety.
Main stakeholders are internal employees, department managers, HR, subject matter experts and operations teams, collaborating to develop and implement effective technical training programs.
Acts as partner, coach and facilitator to front line leaders, counsel on the most effective solutions to resolve issues and provide HR support for the hourly population in the Monterrey site while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders.
