Must-have
Understanding of billing processes and revenue reporting
Experience with Oracle AR or similar ERP systems
Fluency in English and Spanish for cross-regional support
Ability to maintain audit-ready documentation and controls
Knowledge of subledger to GL posting expectations
Nice-to-have
Experience in Shared Services Center or hospitality industry
Familiarity with ticketing systems or CRM tools

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
1-3+ years of experience in Billing or Order-to-Cycle (O2C)
