Job Summary
Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist and per physician treatment plan.
Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes, and communicate patient progress to the health team.
Instruct patient families or nursing staff in maintenance programs and caregiver training in preparation for discharge.
