This Sales Rep will be in charge of developing new business opportunities through a direct product promotion and training activities in order to increase market share for Baxter Care & Connectivity Solutions product line.
Build and nurture collaborative relationships with Hospital staff and KOLs to grow existing business base by differentiating solutions and developing local product strategies through dedicated analyses market landscape.

Key Requirements

experience in medical equipment sales for Operating rooms and Intensive Care Units
Knowledge of tenders/deal structuring
ability to negotiate complex sales
Degree in a Scientific field preferred
Self-management and good organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English
