This role supports the General Counsel of Accor North & Central Americas in overseeing all litigation matters affecting corporate entities and hotel properties.
The position requires coordinating with outside counsel, managing internal document requests, and implementing risk mitigation policies based on regional legal developments.
Candidates will work closely with the Compliance Team to address data privacy concerns and deliver ongoing training on litigation and privacy issues.
