Job Summary
The Outpatient RN CAP 1 is responsible for providing and coordinating clinically competent care for assigned patients undergoing hemodialysis in accordance with Fresenius Kidney Care policies and standards.
This position involves ongoing patient data collection, treatment plan adjustments, medication administration, patient and family education, and participation in quality improvement and leadership activities.
The role requires physical ability to assist with patient mobility and equipment handling, and may include supervision of care staff and travel to other facilities for training.
