Job Summary
This role manages end-to-end customer and distribution proposition strategy to drive business growth and value for the AIA Vitality program.
The incumbent will spearhead regular program reviews, pricing analysis, and experience studies to identify areas for financial and operational improvement.
You will work closely with distribution channels to develop campaigns and incentives that drive integrated product sales, enrollment, and engagement.
