The incumbent will own strategic planning processes, manage headcount allocation, and lead internal communications strategies including townhalls and offsites.
Key responsibilities include coordinating roadmap reviews, driving AI tool adoption, and managing the end-to-end strategy for the Amazon Fellows Program.
