This role requires active participation in recruiting, hiring, training, and conducting performance appraisals for the clinical staff while maintaining resident confidentiality.
The incumbent must coordinate pharmacy services, manage MDS and care planning, and serve as a liaison between the facility, physicians, and family members.

7 years nurse management experience preferred
