Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
  • Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed and assist residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and report any known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure.
