Base: $174,800.00 - $314,700.00 USD Annual; Bonus/Equity: Annual Bonus Potential, Discretionary LTI Bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive health, well-being, retirement, financial, and life balance programs

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Doctor of Jurisprudence degree
  • Bar admission in at least one state
  • 5-10 years practicing attorney experience
  • Experience in corporate, securities and capital markets practice
