Candidates will lead 3–5 concurrent initiatives supported by matrixed subject matter experts to optimize data flow and deploy automation.
The position requires converting insights into defined initiatives with timelines and metrics while ensuring value realization through go-live.

Must-have
5-8+ years operational excellence experience
Lean and Continuous Improvement tools application
ERP, BI, and PPM system familiarity
Root cause analysis and cost-benefit evaluation
Project planning with scope and timeline management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
