Job Summary
Ensure and maximize fleet availability for customers based in London, Bristol and Plymouth through effective management and reporting on all fleet maintenance, repair and service of rolling stock powerpacks.
Lead and manage a team of engineers, with team leaders and supervisors, and create and roll out all internal KPI performance reporting on a periodic basis.
Provide proactive customer relationship management to cover all fleet issues and look for new revenue opportunities and support the sales team to secure them.
