Otis is seeking a Service Field Associate in Singapore responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing elevators and escalators. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in relevant engineering disciplines, a valid CoC certification, and at least five years of experience in the field
Job Summary
You will report to Service Engineer and be part of the service team, responsible to provide technical support for servicing, maintaining and repairing of elevators and/or escalators as assigned.
Maintain, service and repair the elevators, escalators and mechanical parking systems that includes checking, oiling, greasing, mechanical adjustment, troubleshooting, testing of safety devices, inspection and parts recommendation and replacement in accordance with local code of practice.
Support Service Operations Team to achieve department objectives on service sales targets and service quality standards.
