Job Summary
The Field Service Engineer I II is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and upgrade of all Transmedics Organ Care Systems within an assigned region under the supervision of the field service manager.
This position is responsible for , but not limited to, the following: Install, repair, and maintain Organ Care Systems at internal and external customer sites.
Must be able to travel up to 80% of the time Physical ability to uncrate and crate an Organ Care System and to lift service tool kits (up to 50 lbs.).
