Job Summary

  • This role focuses on using a consultative sales process to identify and meet the financial needs of customers through lobby leadership or tele-consulting.
  • Candidates will be responsible for acquiring new households, deepening relationships, and meeting production goals while adhering to strict risk and ethical policies.
  • The position includes a 4-8 week onboarding program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service before certification as a Retail Personal Banker.
