Job Summary

  • The Learning Design & Program Management team partners with the business to create scalable, high‑impact learning experiences that build critical capabilities for global retail audiences.
  • Lead the enterprise learning design strategy to build the skills and capabilities required for global retail store employees to deliver on business priorities while enabling meaningful career development.
