Performs duties in the scrub role as assigned, completely preparing and maintaining the sterile field prior to and during procedures.
Assists the physician by sponging, suctioning, retracting, and cutting suture as required, and acts as a preceptor sharing knowledge in a supportive/educational manner.

Key Requirements
Graduate of surgical technologist program
2 years surgical scrub experience
CPR certified
Certified Surgical Technologist certification within 3 months
